Aiming to be the most successful hotel within hospitality by providing a luxurious yet affordable stay which will differentiate our customers’ journey with us from anything they have experienced before.
Our strategy is to maximise the customers’ experience by engaging and understanding their journey whilst staying with us. One of our long-term goals is to receive 95% positive customer feedback (at minimum), furthermore a short-term goal that pairs with this is conducting greater customer service research in order to grasp and fully understand the customers’ needs.
